Team members don't show up in "settings.users" or under "team" in UI unless following a project

When a team member joins, his/her name shows up NEITHER on the Settings>Users page NOR the Team tab of the UI… UNTIL he/she follows at least one project. This isn’t ideal.

Also: the invite email to join an organization’s CircleCI team has the header “null wants you to join on CircleCI”! Obviously the problem being the word “null”.

These are both known issues. We likely won’t change the Team one yet as we have some other work that would change that paradigm, but I do think we can fix the email one relatively soon. Thanks for reporting!
