Public repo taking my 1000-min free quota

Builds of my public repo is draining my 1000-min free quota, why?

Every open source repository gets 4 free containers. No usage limits.

Hi Darren. I double-checked and this is more a visual bug. The minutes used by your OSS jobs do not count against your limit, and you can continue to build your OSS projects after the limit has been reached.
