Build History does not update in realtime

This is a multipost of the GitHub issue

Current CircleCI Dashboard does not update in realtime.

refreshBuildState event is never fired in both private-${username} and private-${pusher_id} channels now.

This has been fixed by this commit, so can anyone mark this issue was resolved?
