I’ve tried reaching out a few times by email over the past two months but haven’t received a response yet. I’d really appreciate your help addressing some concerns I have:
- Billing issue: I noticed an additional charge of $45 on my invoice last month, which is higher than my usual subscription fee. Could you clarify the reason for this discrepancy?
- Build failures: Many of my builds are failing due to an
assets:precompile
error. Re-executing them resolves the issue, but I’m being charged for these additional attempts. Could you advise on how to prevent this from happening or offer a solution?
