I recently got this error “We did not run this pipeline because the project has been suspended. Please contact us if you think this is a mistake.” and thought that this may be due to me having a free account. So I paid for the first plan and still having the same issue.
I have a demo in 8 hours to promote circle.ci for use as a ci system but your error is making it hard for me to present it as an option for ci.
