Account Suspended Unexpectedly

All of my builds appear to be stalled - the first builded canceled and after trying to re-run the build a few times, it appears my account got suspended somehow.

I don’t see anything in the UI, but when I attempt to use the API to cancel builds in a “Not Run” state I get an error indicating my account has been suspended.

I found this a support article which states: “If you believe that your account or project has been suspended erroneously, please submit a ticket to our Support team. We will review your case to determine if the suspension should remain in place, or if you have been flagged erroneously.”

And opened a support ticket (#155646) several days ago, but have not heard anything from the support team.

What else can I try to get my builds working again? We just started to use CircleCI and were excited about it but this hasn’t been very encouraging so far…

I just tried running a command to hopefully resolve this. Can you try it again please?

Hi @sebastian-lerner - thanks for taking a look at this! I tried using the dashboard again, and it still won’t allow me to cancel builds in the “Not run” state or start new builds.

When I try to access the API, I am still getting the following error message: “Your account has been suspended. Please contact support for more information.”.

Please let me know if there’s anything else I can try from my end, or if you can resolve this on your side.
