Circle CI Builds taking forever


My organizations builds are taking unacceptably long since yesterday (we’re talking around 16 hours). New builds are waiting for jobs to finish…but there are no longer any jobs in the queue.

I’ve been trying to see if we missed a payment plan, but there’s no good way in the UI to check this. As far as I can see, we’ve paid.

Could someone please help?
