Web UI is not updated when navigating between settings

Steps to reproduce.

  1. open workflows
  2. Select one of the workflows settings > environment variable.
  3. Set environment variable
  4. Without reloading navigate back to workflows.
  5. Select another workflows settings > environment variables.

UI has settings from previous workflow. Refreshing the page fixes it.

This looks like a duplicate of this post, Environment Variable UI does not refresh between projects. CircleCI Please fix this issue.
