Hi @aabed - this might be a better question for our support team. If you are on a free plan, you may have reached the limits. If you are on a paid plan, definitely open a support ticket!

We experienced the same issue. How did you get this resolved?

This is an old thread from last year, but for any account issue, it is best to raise a support ticket via the support option at the top of the screen. You will then find a “Contact Support” option on the new page.
