I ran out of credits on my ‘scale’ plan and can’t find anywhere to buy more. The documentations says they payment will be applied automatically but nothing has happened in nearly 24 hours.
I think you will need to contact your account manager or the direct support team. Support via the forums is more ad-hoc and can not directly resolve account issues.
