Billing Issue for Some Customers

We are seeing some customers encounter an issue signing up for new billing or modifying payment methods, particularly with credit cards. We are currently investigating this issue with our payment provider.

The number of customers affected by this issue is small, but if you are affected, please open a ticket with our Support Portal.


Our third-party vendor has confirmed this is an issue and is actively investigating it.

This has been ongoing since February 6th, 2023. Please continue reaching out in a ticket via our Support Portal if you have been impacted by this.

Any updates on this? We’re out of credits since friday, although being on a performance plan.

All of our billing data has seemingly disappeared too, including previous invoices.
