PHP tests "died unexpectedly" / segmentation fault

Hi,

I’m having an error during lauching my tests : at about half of them, I get “… died unexpectedly”.
I tried to SSH the machine and launch them manually : I get a Segmentation Fault error.

I’m using PHP 7.

What could I do to investigate/solve this ?
