Make sure to use approved notifications features to avoid emails going to spam folders

Over the last few months, we have been implementing changes to our email systems to improve our deliverability. We plan to roll out these changes on Friday, September 30, 2022.

For some customers who send emails from within their jobs using undocumented features, those emails will now be caught by spam filters.

We recommend using our documented notifications feature in order to maintain the deliverability of your email notifications.

We have now released changes that may cause emails being triggered from pipelines using undocumented features to go to spam.

In order to continue sending emails via your CircleCI jobs, please update your configuration file to use our documented notification features.
