@PhilipFQiang so you want to run “build” only in certain cases? Under what circumstances should that job be triggered?

ideally, it would be great if the Dockerfile changed then trigger “build”(if there is a function to watch file changed or not), but is ok to trigger that “build” by click “approve” manually.
