Docker Layer Caching (DLC) on Windows is currently not supported on CircleCI. To make this limitation more clear to users, CircleCI will begin fast-failing jobs that attempt to use DLC on Windows jobs and providing an informative error message.
We will update this Canny request if/when DLC is supported on Windows.
