Firefox 49.0.2
Build is running on an Ubuntu container (both 12.04 and 14.04).
Expected: build page behaves fairly snappily a la Chrome
Current: Entire Firefox browser hangs for 10-20 seconds at a time until I kill the tab.
Workaround: I now use Chrome for CircleCI. This is not a good workaround for me.

Ditto. Seems to happen for me only while RSpec is running, not with other tasks.
Happens too for me, not specific to RSpec.

This is a huge annoyance for me; watching builds in progress is no longer a feasible part of my workflow. Using pants to build Scala code and run specs2 tests. Firefox 49.0.2, Mac OS X 10.11.6
I’m having the same issue and it’s annoying.

Having the same issue, I’ve always thought CircleCI was by nature very slow and unresponsive, but today I tried it with chrome and the UI just flies.
On firefox, I keep getting constant freezes + the single build page is pretty much unusable.
Versions: MacOS Sierra, firefox 50.0

Surprised that no one from circleci staff has replied to this. Wonder if that means everything runs smoothly for them in Firefox.
I see the same issue at least for the past week, latest Firefox Developer Edition, and jeeeez it’s annoying. Pls guys consider taking a look at this.
Sorry for the lack of communication here. @KunalJain 's team just pushed a fix recently. Would love to hear if there are still issues! (we’ll update changelog today as well!)
