Error cancelling my plan

I have this error in my dashboard: “[Company]'s plan hasn’t been paid for! Please update its billing info in order to restore paid containers.”

When I try to cancel my plan, I get this error: “Error: the :linux portion of this plan is not paid If we can help, contact us.”

Here on the support page I get a notice that I am only eligible for the support forums, since I am on the free plan.

So. How do I cancel my plan?

I thought we removed that wording, can you point out where you found it?
