It looks like BitBucket is delayed again. Pushes aren’t being picked up. Pushed over 20 min ago.
Readers might need to see your YAML config. It is perfectly possible to add filters to stop a workflow from running at all (and it is valid too, e.g. with tag filters or schedule-only builds).

It looks like today they are still showing some spikes but for the most part looks to be better.
