Can not add a new project from my Bitbucket

I just created a new Bitbucket repository around 2-3 hours ago. When I try to add the project by clicking “Start Building”, the button becomes “Failed” for a short time then return back to “Start Building”.

I noticed that Settings->Organization(Projects)… The Project is not yet there

When I checked the console. A 404 error in https://circleci.com/api/v1.1/project/bitbucket/unnotech/muok/follow occurs every time I click the “Start Building” button
