CircleCI Orbs using non-working orb version badges

New Orb Version Badge Endpoint mentioned that the old orb badge service is deprecated. I noticed that the following CircleCI orbs are still referencing this service, which appears to have shut down in the meantime.

I’ve added a GitHub issue to each of the above affected repos, so that the maintainers are directly informed and can take action if they wish.
