On Thursday, 9/3 @ 6PM PST: we’ll be transitioning our CircleCI Ideas portal (https://ideas.circleci.com/) over to a new platform. Starting Friday, 9/4, you’ll be able to resume submitting feature requests through our new interface.
Why are we transitioning to a new platform?:

As a Product team, we’ve re-organized the portal to better categorize, analyze, and action on feedback provided by all of you

Your feedback is valuable to us and as part of this change, we’re committing to:
Providing a response within 30 days to all new ideas
More frequent product team updates
How this change impacts you:
- When you log into our new portal for the first time, you’ll have to create an account with your email to vote and comment on ideas. (note: if you used an e-mail on our old portal, you’ll have to use the same email to view ideas you submitted previously)
- All existing ideas from our old platform have been ported over - including votes and comment history - and will be easily searchable
- Some new features on the portal include several boards with sub-categories to make it easier to submit feedback and a “Roadmap” to visualize ideas and their product status
