Circle CI rolls out an experimental DLC stuff. It causes our build to be 5 times slower which is disgraceful.
How can I turn it off?

Also, the speed that support gets back to an issue will depend on what level of service contract you have. As a ‘free’ user of the service, I find that they will often take 2-3 days.
As for changes being made by CircleCi that is one of the complications with using a SaaS solution, as CircleCI only has one overall environment to enhance, update and change.
