Hello i receive this message and i dont know the reason
" We have detected an anomaly that violates the CircleCI Terms of Service."
" We did not test this push because the project has been suspended. Please [contact us] if you think this is a mistake."
I’ve already sent a ticket ( Your request (#116264) has been received, and we’ll be in touch soon.) but i don’t get any response yet and my situation it’s kind of urgent what will you advice me to do?
If you are just starting out with circleci you are likely on the free plan and so raised tickets can take a day or 2 to be processed.
With luck, a staff member will see this post as well and so may be able to speed up the response time.
@ rit1010 ok i can wait. do you know if with the paid subscription I have a faster support customer experience?
The pricing table indicates that the basic paid-for service needs a high monthly add-on to get a written service level agreement, but this is not something I have subscribed to and so I cann’t comment on what you can expect.
