While following the Getting Started guide I started get get build failures with the error message ‘We have detected an anomaly that violates the CircleCI Terms of Service’ without any explanation of what happened or how to resolve it. It appears to apply to all projects, even an empty Welcome sample project containing nothing but the auto-generated config. What can I do to resolve it?
