Why is CircleCI not running for https://github.com/cBioPortal/datahub/pull/332?
Github reports " ci/circleci Expected — Waiting for status to be reported" and it stays like this forever.
There’s a partial outage at the mo:

Also, do you have “Build forked pull requests” enabled in your advanced settings?
But the PR is still hanging…
Just found out that it was related to the ci/circleci checkbox still being enabled while it should have been disabled (see documentation https://circleci.com/docs/2.0/workflows/#workflows-waiting-for-status-in-github). Case closed.
