All existing pipeline configurations become unavailable

I’m on the free plan.
Since 2022 I have been working on a personal project. After 2 months of inactivity, I came back to Circle Ci platform to run a build but found that all my old projects required: ’ Set up configuration to start running pipelines’.
I tried to use the existing circleci.yml file but was returned back to the initial screen with no Error message.
But the console log actually shows the error message:
/risk 404 {“error”:“The provided plan does not have a subscription”}

I’m a new user here so I can’t attach screenshots but my “Plan” page shows
