a schema for the circle.yml file would be really great (if it does not exists and I am just missing it)
Then you could use a tool like https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=redhat.vscode-yaml for linting and the like.
I don’t think I have seen one. However, an open source one could be created, even if it only maps the keys you are using (and expand it if and when you use a new key).
