the actual dependencies are
test -> publish_snapshot
build-packages-dist -> publish_snapshot
build-packages-dist -> integration_test
but the way the lines are drawn it looks like integration_test depends on test which is not true.
We feel your pain - this is a “known issue” and will be addressed in a future release.
That could do with some Bézier curves
