Workflow dependency graph layout

Dependencies between workflow jobs are difficult to follow when looking at the visual graph of jobs on https://circleci.com/workflow-run/.

One example was given in Workflows graph overlaps with two or more independent "threads"

I have a project which is rendering a similar graph with overlapping dependency lines. Here’s what I wish I saw (with annotations showing the original element position):

Same issue here, these are 4 distinct workflows, but all of their dependency lines get crossed
