We have a build-and-test workflow setup for running tests concurrently with building the docker image. It’s very confusing to have two builds running that look like a duplicate. The only way to tell them apart on the build page is to click into them. It would be helpful to have the workflow label shown here so we’d know which was “test” and which “build”.

I find this confusing as well so a label and maybe some nesting in the UI would have been nice
