Why isn't this workflow starting it's jobs? It only happens for this specific contributor

Our other developer has the same permissions and theirs works fine. We’re integrating with Github

We typically see this occurring when the user doesn’t have a CircleCI account or doesn’t have the correct permissions in GitHub. That being said, I would like to invite you to open a support ticket so we can investigate further. When you open a ticket, please provide build links so that we can look further into your account.
