Steps to reproduce. open workflows Select one of the workflows settings > environment variable. Set environment variable Without reloading navigate back to workflows. Select another workflows settings > environment variables. UI has settings from previous workflow. Refreshing the page fixes it.

Web UI is not updated when navigating between settings

This looks like a duplicate of this post, Environment Variable UI does not refresh between projects. CircleCI Please fix this issue.
