We are facing operational downtime on the workflows

Currently none of the workflows are completing. We have 7 workers, but it’s behaving as-if there’s 1 worker. The 1 worker doesn’t even complete the workflow, and skips from 1 job in one workflow to the next. This has been affecting us for 30m and is blocking work.

We have tried cancelling all jobs and restarting but it doesn’t work. Right now we are broadcasting if jobs complete in the office and cancelling all workflows except one. Please look into this.
