I have a user which had read-only access to my bitbucket repo and as such was unable to edit the project settings. I would like the add a user key under this user to facilitate an npm install of our private repos. So I gave the user admin access to the repo which should allow it to access the project settings but it has not.
I have tried logging out and back in to ensure the permissions are setup correctly. I checked in bitbucket and the user does have admin access correctly. Not sure what I am missing here.
