UI does not update after workflow approval

The live update problem should be solved by now according to UI doesn't update when builds start/end/fail - require full page reload

For me right now however, whenever I approve a workflow nothing happens in the ui. I have to hard reload. Just tested this on a colleague’s computer and he also has the same issue.

Everything still seems flaky. Sure, sometimes the live updates do work, but far from 100%, which is very annoying. So I just find myself hard reloading all the time.

@drazisil have you made any progress here? My workflow is being properly selected, and the job is allegedly run and succeeds within a couple of seconds (there must be an error), but no output is generated besides a success flag.
