We want to temporarily shutdown Circleci and all its service temporarily on our self hosted instance. We are looking for the exact instructions to follow. Please suggest. Referred multiple documentation but it is not clear enough.
Referred Updating Replicated - CircleCI where is showing the stop now option to shutdown CircleCI but I don’t see in the console. Please suggest how to shutdown

CCI Version using Version 3.3.1

You may get a quicker answer by contacting support directly as few non CircleCI people here will know much about the on-prem edition and the availability of CircleCI team members is best endeavour.

The fact that you are currently on 3.3.1 would indicate that you have access to Advanced support and so a quick response to raised tickets.
