Does this change what happens to statuses for jobs in a canceled workflow?
Today when we cancel a workflow, jobs go into a canceled state. Is this distinct from skipped?

This change does not affect how job statuses are handled in canceled workflows. Jobs within a canceled workflow will still reflect a canceled status, which remains distinct from skipped.
