Per job notification url

Is there a way I can send notifications to different urls on a per job basis ? Right now notifications for all jobs go to the same slack channel. I want the job: front_end_tests notifications to go to the fe_channel and job: back_end_tests to go to the be_channel on slack.

Is that possible ?
