Organization's public repository is not visible

I volunteer with an organization which has a public repository https://github.com/OneCommunityGlobal/HGNApp .

I logged in into my Circle CI account using my Github credentials but I am unable to see above mentioned repository in the Circle CI repositories list. I could not find an option to add it either. I have admin role in the team defined under the organization. Any inputs on how this can be added to my Circle CI?
