How can I get notifications (ideally Slack) that some tests are flaking out. (i.e. Flaky Tests)
The insights portal lets me see flaky tests, but ideally I don’t need to login to see what tests are flaky, or when a flaky test fails.

Within our API we do have support for pulling the flaky test data and a link can be found below
You could use our Slack orb linked below to pull the flaky test data into a job and post it to slack.
You could set this up as a job to run once per day using scheduled workflows which are linked below
