No access to contexts from jobs, UIs, or APIs

There are problems in the platform for more than 36 hours:

  • Contexts cannot be accessed, neither from the web UI, nor from the API. After several seconds loading, an error “Something Unexpected Happened” is displayed.
  • Consequently, all the Jobs that make use of some Context never start.
  • The “Configuration File” of a job is not visible. After a few seconds the UI redirects to a 404 page.

It will be worth you raising a support ticket for this issue as only the internal support teams can access the systems to see exactly what is going on at the account level.
