Can't access my organization's contexts

I get the same errors as mentioned in this post Can't access my organization contexts. Additionally, another admin on the team just gets a spinner for the page.

Other posts that mention this issue indicate that there is a fix applied on your side which helped resolve this for them. Please let us know if this will be possible for us. Thanks!
