Network problem with dependencies

Hello, we hae network error on our build.
Do you have a network problem ?

What systems are you using? There are a number of people having problems with Gradle and a remote dependency server called bintray.com. However, yours does not look like a caching error. Can you ping your remote target from the build servers?

It does appear this is related to the Bintray outage. https://repo.typesafe.com/
