When the workflow page is loaded, the “spinner” never goes away and
Workflows > null > nuill > null
appears instead of real title/breadcrumb data.

Load of pull request should not last more than 5-7 sec when you are on proper network.and if that is not issue,infact automatically repo must have lacking trigger spy for that pull and spinner confused
