It asks me to add config file even if .circleci/config.yml exists

I am using circle ci and it worked many months ago.

But it asks me to add config file and don’t build the project.
Any suggestions?

Could you please confirm you have “.circleci/config.yml” file in your GitHub repository?

If it is there, please unfollow the project using instructions in the below support article and then follow it again.
