How to integrate circle CI with GitHub Enterprise account

I recently created a Circle CI account, I needed help with connecting circleCI with GitHub Enterprise. I tried connecting with adding GitHub’s username and password account it throws wrong password or username error. Am I missing something? also are there any other ways to connect? Any help will greatly be appreciated.

Did you create a CircleCI account and then create a project? If you do that, you’ll be asked in CircleCI to install CircleCI’s GitHub App and set up pipelines with your repositories.

Hi, I have created a project in CircleCI but I did not get the option to install CircleCI’s GitHub App. Are there any steps that I missed?

So, when I create a project it takes me to the “Let’s choose a repo for your pipeline” page when I select add GitHub as VCS then it asks me authorize GitHub by adding GitHub’s username and password. Adding my GitHub’s username and password it throws an error that username or password is incorrect but I know the credentials are correct.

Those are the correct steps within CircleCI, it sounds like you may need to do a reset password on the GitHub side?
