How do I invite team member in clicleci

I’m using CircleCI on our project.
And if possible, I’d like to invite our team member in order to take over this.
But unfortunately, I couldn’t find any config about invitation.

How should I do?

You should be able to just send the person a link. If they have access to the project in GitHub, they will on CircleCI.
