Guys i am in free tier of circle CI and i cant setup private repo?

I am in free tier for circle CI and it does not show my private repo and it only show public repo so how to solve this problem and every permission is perfect in both github and circle ci and i allowed private repo access to circle ci too

Thanks for flagging this. There is a known bug where users are unable to setup a private repo under their default namespace. As a workaround, you can transfer the repo to a GitHub organization (non-default namespace) or make the repository public.
