I think the question is: do any circleci employees come here to help out? I dont know of any support channel for circleci. If I have a bug with circleci, where should I go?

BUG: latest build url always goes to an older failing job? -> this is preventing us from using circleci properly

There is e-mail based support. Click the Support > Get Support link on the circleci.com home page. Then click the green “Open a Support Ticket” button.

There is official support as @klsetzer pointed out. There are employees here, and we do our best to help out. We’re definitely trying to improve our response times, so thank you for being here with us!
