seeing 2x slow-down on one (private) project … tests+deployment went from 1:00 -> 2:00+
another project which run tests in 0:30 is unable to finish in 1:30 and now gets timeout failures
previous numbers were observed just a few days ago - last week ~ 10.11.2017
using 3x paid container - is this expected due shifting resources to circle’s 2.0 ?
kind of a deal breaker, please advise if this is a recent bug or smt to count on …
